The farm produces its own extra virgin olive oil and preserved olives. The olive groves cover approximately 2.2HA. Olive yield is 6 to 14 tons. There is plenty of land available for other farming activities.

The main house is located in a beautiful garden with an abundance of mature trees. It has perfect views of the mountains around Stellenbosch, Jonkershoek and Franschhoek. There are 4 bedrooms (which open up to a wrap-around veranda), with two currently being used as a study and TV room. The house has an open-plan kitchen, dining room and lounge with large sliding doors. There is a large terrace with an entertainment area with braai on the same level as the house. Water for irrigation is supplied from Theewaterskloof and there is also a large dam on the farm that is fed from the Veldwagers river. The dam did not run dry during the recent drought. Drinking water is supplied from a well. Electricity is directly from Eskom – three phase with two entry points.
